苋籽ACE抑制肽降血压的体外评价

In vitro evaluation of antihypertensive activity on ACE inhibitory peptides derived from Amaranth

  • 摘要: 利用循证医学,依据血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)对血压的调节机理,以呋喃丙烯酰三肽(FAPGG)为血管紧张素Ⅰ模拟物,建立了胰蛋白酶模拟体外消化体系和大鼠肝脏混合功能氧化酶(MFO)模拟肝脏代谢体系,测得了未经处理的苋籽水解肽IC50值为1mg/mL,经过体外模拟消化和孵育处理后的苋籽水解肽IC50值为10mg/mL。 

     

    Abstract: According to the angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) on blood pressure regulation mechanism, furan acryloyl tripeptide (FAPGG) as it was angiotensinⅠmimetic. It was established in vitro trypsin digestion system and simulated rat liver mixed function oxidase (MFO) analog liver metabolism system. Untreated ACE inhibitory peptides of amaranth IC50valued 1mg/mL, digestion and incubated in vitro after treatment ACE inhibitory peptides IC50 valued 10mg/mL.
