基于气相色谱指纹图谱技术的花生油质量评价方法研究

Fingerprint analysis of peanut oil based on gas chromatography

  • 摘要: 借鉴中药指纹图谱的研究思路,建立花生油气相色谱(GC)指纹图谱。在优选的色谱条件下,从16个样品的色谱图利用相似度软件筛选出8个共有峰,建立了花生油指纹图谱,通过方法学验证,8个共有峰精密度、稳定性的RSD分别小于3.1%和5.1%。同时,采用气相色谱-质谱技术(GC-MS)对8个共有峰进行化学归属,并利用归一化法确定其相对含量。本文建立的方法简单、灵敏,为鉴别花生油真伪和评价花生油的品质提供技术参考。 

     

    Abstract: Learned from fingerprinting research ideas, built peanut oil by gas chromatography (GC) fingerprints.In the preferred chromatographic conditions, chromatograms 16 samples screened used software similarity eight common peaks established peanut oil fingerprinting method validation, 8 total peak precision, RSD of the stability were less than 3.1% and 5.1%. Meanwhile, the used of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GCMS) for a total of eight peaks chemical vest, and determine its relative content of the used of normalization method. The established method was simple, sensitive, and provided technical reference for the identification and evaluation of the quality of peanut oil, peanut oil authenticity.
