牯岭勾儿茶多糖对老龄小鼠免疫功能及抗氧化能力的影响

Effect of Berchemia kulingensis polysaccharide on immune function and antioxidant activities in aged mice

  • 摘要: 目的:观察牯岭勾儿茶多糖对老龄小鼠免疫功能和抗氧化能力的影响。方法:以老龄小鼠为研究对象,观察牯岭勾儿茶多糖对老龄小鼠碳粒廓清指数、胸腺指数和脾脏指数、血清免疫球蛋白水平,血清及肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GSH-Px)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果:牯岭勾儿茶多糖能提高老龄小鼠碳粒廓清指数和吞噬指数,增加脾脏指数和胸腺指数,升高血清IgG和IgM水平,提高血清和肝脏SOD、GSH-Px活性,降低血清和肝脏MDA含量。结论:牯岭勾儿茶多糖具有增强老龄小鼠免疫功能和抗过氧化损伤作用。 

     

    Abstract: Objective: To observe the effect of Berchemia kulingensis ( BK) polysaccharide on immune function and antioxidant activities in aged mice. Methods: Carbon clearance index, thymus index, spleen index, serum immune globulin, superoxide dismutase ( SOD) , glutathione peroxidase ( GSH- Px) and malondialdehyde ( MDA) in serum and liver were observed in aged mice. Results: BK polysaccharide could enhance carbon clearance index and phagocytosis index, increase spleen index and thymus index, enhance the content of immunoglobulin G ( IgG) and immunoglobulin M ( IgM) in serum, improve the activities of SOD and GSH- Px in serum and liver, decrease the content of MDA in serum and liver. Conclusion: BK polysaccharide could improve the immune function and antioxidant activities in aged mice.
