果冻生产过程中自动控制系统的研究

Study on the automatic control system of jelly manufacturing process

  • 摘要: 针对果冻生产过程的自动化水平不高,劳动强度大,产品质量不稳定等问题,通过研究果冻生产装备、工艺流程,对果冻生产过程中物料计量、煮料、调配、储存和充填等主要工序进行合理的单元划分,设计出由上位管理计算机、西门子可编程控制器、现场触摸屏、现场测控设备等4部分构成的自动控制系统,对各单元操作中的工艺参数进行现场检测、计量和控制,实现了果冻生产管控一体化。 

     

    Abstract: The purpose of this research was to solve the existing problems in jelly manufacturing process, such as low automation, high labour irtensity, unstable quality and so on. The production equipments and technological processes of jelly were studied. We classified the main procedures reasonably, including materials measured, cooking, blending, storage and filling, and designed an automatic control system consisting of upper management computer, Siemens programmable controller, on- site touch screen and on- site monitoring equipment, which could test, measure and control on site the parameters in each unit operation, integrating production and control.
