利用壳聚糖制备透明质酸替代物的研究进展

Research progress in preparation of hyaluronic substitutes from chitosan

  • 摘要: 透明质酸具有优良的保湿性能,被广泛的应用于化妆品中;利用壳聚糖制备透明质酸替代物,可以拓宽透明质酸的来源,具有广阔的市场前景。本文主要综述了透明质酸、壳聚糖的结构,利用壳聚糖的改性(低聚物、羧基化、酰化、季铵化、接枝共聚等)制备透明质酸替代物及其吸湿保湿性能,透明质酸替代物在化妆品和医药方面的应用;并对利用壳聚糖制备透明质酸替代物进行了简要展望。 

     

    Abstract: Hyaluronic acid had excellent moisturizing properties, and was used in cosmetics industry widely. Preparing hyaluronic acid from chitosan could be used to increase its productions, and the hyaluronic acid had a broad market prospects. In this paper, the structure of hyaluronic acid and chitosan, the preparation of hyaluronic substitutes through modification of chitosan (oligomer, carboxylation, acylation, quaternary ammonium, graft copolymerization and so on) and the hygroscopicity and moisture retention of hyaluronic substitutes, and the application of hyaluronic substitutes in the cosmetics and medicine were summarized. Meanwhile, the development trend of preparation of hyaluronic substitutes from chitosan was briefly introduced.
