摘要: 加速溶剂萃取(Accelerated Solvent Extraction,ASE)是最近几年发展起来的一种样品前处理方法。ASE具有比传统萃取方法耗时短、使用溶剂量低、自动化高的优势,现已成为较好的样品前处理方法之一。文章介绍了加速溶剂萃取的原理、影响因素、操作方法及其在食品分析中的应用。Abstract: Accelerated Solvent Extraction ( ASE) is a sample pre- treatment technology developed in recent years. Owing to the advantages of short time- consuming, low volume of solvent- using, high automation over the traditional extraction methods, ASE had been become one of the better sample pre- treatment methods. The principles, influence factors, operation methods of ASE and its application in food analysis were reviewed.
