白藜芦醇表观遗传学调控的研究进展

Research progress in epigenetic regulation of resveratrol in grape

  • 摘要: 白藜芦醇是一种天然存在的植物抗毒素,广泛存在于多种植物的天然活性成分中。白藜芦醇是一种多酚化合物,通过干预细胞MAPK、JAK/STAT、PKA、PKC和细胞凋亡相关等信号转导通路,参与抗癌、抗心血管疾病和调节免疫等作用,新近研究表明白藜芦醇还能通过表观遗传学调控基因的表达。本文总结了白藜芦醇参与基因甲基化、蛋白乙酰化、microRNA异常表达等方面的研究进展,从表观遗传学调控的角度,综述了白藜芦醇发挥作用的新途径。 

     

    Abstract: Resveratrol is a naturally occurring phytoalexin and widely exists in a variety of plants in natural active ingredients.Resveratrol is a polyphenolic compound.Through intervening MAPK, JAK/STAT, PKA, PKC and apoptosis-related signal transduction pathways, resveratrol is involved in the anti-cancer, anti-cardiovascular diseases and the role of immune regulation.Recent studies showed that resveratrol also regulated gene expression through epigenetic manner.In this paper, the progress of resveratrol in gene methylation, histone acetylation, microRNA aberrant expressions and so on were summarized.From the perspective of epigenetic regulation, it provided the new molecular mechanism of resveratrol to prevent and control diseases.
