三种大枣低聚糖的分离纯化

Isolation and purification of 3 oligosaccharides from Ziziphus Jujube dates

  • 摘要: 大枣低聚糖是天然低聚糖,具有很好的营养价值。本实验将大枣水提液通过膜分离得到大枣粗低聚糖,再经DEAE纤维素、Sephadex G-15凝胶柱层析进一步分离纯化,得到3种大枣低聚糖组分,并用高效液相色谱法测定平均分子量分别为543、334、1459u。 

     

    Abstract: Oligosaccharides from Ziziphus Jujube are natural oligosaccharides with high nutritional value.The crude oligosaccharides were obtained from Ziziphus Jujube dates by hot water extraction, membrane separation.The oligosaccharides fractions were purified by gel chromatography after DEAE-52 anion-exchange chromatography.According to HPLC analysis, the average molecular weight of the oligosaccharides was estimated.The average molecular weights of oligosaccharides were estimated to be 543, 334, 1459u.
