蚕沙中果胶的提取及脱色工艺优化

Extraction and decolorization of silkworm faeces pectin

  • 摘要: 以蚕沙为原料,稀硫酸提取、大孔吸附树脂脱色制得果胶。正交实验结果表明:果胶最佳提取工艺条件为稀硫酸浓度0.6%、温度70℃、料液比1∶20、提取时间80min;比较了大孔吸附树脂X-5、D-101、H-103、HPD-100、S-8的脱色效果,其中S-8脱色效果最好,最佳脱色工艺条件为:脱色时间1h、树脂用量10mL/100mL(提取液)、脱色温度50℃。按最佳工艺条件制得的果胶质量符合GBn246-1985的要求。 

     

    Abstract: The extraction and decolorization process of silkworm faeces pectin was studied.Orthogonal experiments indicated that the best extraction conditions were as follows:H 2 SO 4 concentration 0.6%, reaction temperature 70℃, solid- liquid ratio 1 ∶ 20, extraction time 80min.Decolorization by macroreticular resin of X- 5, D- 101, H- 103, HPD-100, S-8.The best decoloriztion condions of S-8 were as follows:decolorization time1h, 10mL resin per 100mL extraction liquid, decolorization temperature 50℃, the quality of pectin meets the requirements of GBn 246-1985.
