汉麻叶总黄酮提取工艺研究

Study on the extraction of total flavonoids from China-hemp leaves

  • 摘要: 为进一步开发利用汉麻叶提供技术依据,对汉麻叶总黄酮的提取工艺进行研究,采用正交实验比较乙醇溶剂法和超声辅助法的提取效果。结果表明超声辅助法效果优于乙醇溶剂法,其最佳工艺条件为:体积分数60%的乙醇为溶剂,汉麻叶与溶剂料液比1∶40(g∶mL),超声提取10min,总黄酮得率为3.05%,与文献报道银杏叶中总黄酮的提取得率相当。超声辅助法是一种高效的汉麻叶总黄酮提取工艺。 

     

    Abstract: To supply technical basis for further exploiting and utilizing China-hemp leaves, total flavonoids extraction from China- hemp leaves by ultrasonic- assisted extraction (UAE) and ethanol solvent extraction (ESE) were optimized by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the efficiency of extracting total flavonoids with UAE was higher than that with ESE.The optimized conditions were 60% ethanol, 1∶40 (g ∶ mL, leave:water) , and 10min under ultrasonic conditions.The total flavonoids yield was 3.05%, comparable to that from Ginkgo leaves.UAE was an effective method to extract total flavonoids from China-hemp leaves.
