树舌胞外多糖抗氧化活性研究

Study on the antioxidant activity in vitro of exopolysaccharide from fermentation liquid of Ganoderma applanatum

  • 摘要: 采用分光光度法研究树舌胞外多糖体外抗氧化活性。以V C为对照,测定GAEPS对超氧阴离子(O-2·)、羟自由基(·OH)、二苯代苦味酰自由基(DPPH·)、亚硝酸盐的清除能力。结果表明GAEPS具有较强的抗氧化能力,其抗氧化活性与多糖浓度在一定浓度范围内呈量效关系。当GAEPS浓度为4mg/mL时,其对O-2·、·OH、DPPH·、亚硝酸盐的清除能力分别达到83.26%、75.81%、86.16%、82.36%。 

     

    Abstract: The antioxidant activity of exopolysaccharide of Ganoderma applanatum (GAEPS) in vitro were studied by using spectrophotometry.The scavenging capacities of GAEPS on superoxide anion radicals, 1, 1- diphenyl 2- picrylhydrazyl, hydroxyl free radicals and sodium nitrite were assayed and compared with that of Vitamin C.The experimental results showed that GAEPS had stronger capacity to antioxidant activity.The capacity to antioxidant activity displayed a dose- response relationship with the concentration of GAEPS.Its capacities of scavenging superoxide anion free radical, hydroxyl radical, DPPH· and sodium nitrite were 83.26% 、75.81% 、86.16% 、82.36% when GAEPS was 4.0mg /mL.
