蝉花多糖提取工艺优化研究

Optimization of extraction of polysaccharide from Cordyceps sobolifera

  • 摘要: 以浙江蝉花为原料,建立了多糖提取率的计算方法,并对蝉花多糖的提取工艺进行优化。采用水为溶剂,以提取温度、时间、料液比和提取次数为考察因素,在单因素优化的基础上设计4因素4水平正交实验,研究蝉花多糖最优提取条件。结果表明,各因素对蝉花多糖提取率影响顺序依次为:提取温度>提取次数>料液比>提取时间。最优提取条件为:温度90℃,料液比1∶40(g∶mL),提取240min,连续提取4次。在此条件下,蝉花多糖提取率为11.82%。 

     

    Abstract: Extraction of polysaccharide from Cordyceps sobolifera in Zhejiang was investigated, and the calculation method of the extraction yield was determined. With water as extraction solvent, the effect of extraction temperature, extraction time, solid-liquid ratio and extraction times on the yield of polysaccharide were optimized with single factor test followed by four factor-four level orthogonal experiment. The result showed that the effect of the investigated factors on the polysaccharide extraction yield was in the order as extraction temperature>extraction times>solid-liquid ratio>extraction time. The optimal extraction conditions of polysaccharide were that extraction temperature of 90℃, solid-liquid ratio of 1∶40 (g∶mL) , extraction time of240min and extraction 4 times. Under these conditions the polysaccharide extraction yield was 11.82%.
