高产多糖姬松茸的诱变选育及其初步安全性评价

Mutation breeding of high yield intracellular polysaccharide of Agaricus blazei and the evaluation of preliminary safety

  • 摘要: 为了提高姬松茸菌株的胞内多糖产量。采用硫酸二乙酯化学诱变方法对姬松茸菌株进行处理,筛选得到一株高产的姬松茸ABM48,其胞内多糖含量达到12%,比原始菌株提高36%。急性毒性和亚慢性毒性实验表明该突变株安全无毒,在食用和药用领域均具有广阔的应用前景。 

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the intracellular polysaccharide yield of Agaricus blazeimurill, chemical mutagenesis method was applied to treat Agaricus blazei strains. A high yield mutant, named ABM48 was obtained with polysaccharide content 12%, which was increased by 36% than the original strain. The acute toxicity and subacute toxicity experiments showed that this mutant was safe and non-toxic. It had broad application prospects in the edible and medicinal area.
