微波消解-ICP-AES法测定蜂胶中营养元素

Determination of propolis nutritive elements in honey by MWD-ICP-AES

  • 摘要: 运用微波消解-电感耦合等离子发射光谱(ICP-AES)技术,建立蜂胶中元素的测定方法。测定了蜂胶中的锌、铍、钒、铁、猛、镍、硒、钡等8种营养元素的含量,各元素在010.0mg/L测定线性范围内,呈良好线性关系,相关系数均在0.999以上,加标回收率为93.7%113%,测定结果良好。与常规分析方法相比,该法简便、快速、可靠,应用于蜂胶中多元素的测定效果较佳。 

     

    Abstract: In order to build method for measuring of elements in propolis, the contents of Zn, Be, V, Fe, Mn, Ni, Se, Ba had been determined by ctively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (MWD) and microwave digestion (ICP-AES) . The results showed that the range of heavy metal elements were 010.0mg/L. There was a good linear relationship, and the related coefficients were more than 0.999 in all, the adding standard recovery was 93.7% 113%. The results of determination were promising. By comparison with the result of chemical experiment, the present method was quickly accessible and convenient. It was used in the determination of propolis with the result satisfactory.
