铜仁绿茶品质的研究

Study on the quality of Tongren green tea

  • 摘要: 对铜仁市辖区内随机抽取的33个茶园及其深加工产品进行调研,按照相关国家标准实施检验建立数据库,将检验结果与绿茶的国家标准和贵州地方标准进行比较和分析,得出铜仁绿茶的水分3.65%、粉末0.078%、总灰分5.19%、水浸出物42.59%、粗纤维8.57%、铅0.58g/kg各项指标都远远优于国家标准和贵州地方标准的结论,进而对铜仁绿茶品质进行定位,为制定铜仁绿茶标准提供数据资料。 

     

    Abstract: On Tongren City area within random extraction of 33 groups of tea and processing products for research, according to related national standard implementation test established database , that would test results and green tea of national standards and Guizhou local standard for comparison and analysis, came Tongren green tea of water 3.65% , and powder 0.078% , and total ash 5.19% , and water dip out property 42.59% , and CF 8.57% , and lead 0.58g/kg the indicators were far over national standards and Guizhou local standard of conclusions, positioning of Tongren green tea quality, provided data for the development of Tongren green standards.
