六大茶类对部分肠道致病菌抑菌效果的研究

Study on antibacterial activities of six types of tea against some pathogenic entero bacteria

  • 摘要: 对比分析六大茶类的抑菌效果,探讨饮茶预防肠道病的可能性。采用倍比稀释法和牛津杯法,对绿茶、红茶、乌龙茶、黄茶、白茶和黑茶六大茶类抑制肠道致病菌大肠埃希氏菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的作用进行测定。结果显示,6种茶的水浸液在浓度24mg/mL对金黄色葡萄球菌均有抑菌作用;在浓度48mg/mL对大肠杆菌均有抑菌作用,且浓度越高,抑制作用越强;绿茶、乌龙茶、黄茶、白茶水浸液在低于饮用浓度(6mg/mL)对金黄色葡萄球菌仍有抑菌作用;六大茶类中,以绿茶水浸液的抑菌效果最好,红茶的最差,黄茶、白茶的抑菌效果优于黑茶和红茶。说明六大茶类对肠道致病菌均有抑菌效果,抑菌效果与其内含成分有关。 

     

    Abstract: To evaluate the antibacterial activities of six types of tea and investigate the possibility of drinking tea to prevent intestinal diseases. Double dilution method and the Oxford Cup were used to study the antibacterial activities of green tea, black tea, oolong tea, yellow tea, white tea and black tea on pathogenic entero becteria Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. Results:The soaking extract of all of 6 types of tea could inhibit Staphylococcus aureus at the concentration of 24mg/mL and could inhibit Escherichia coli at the concentration of 48mg/mL, and the higher the concentration of tea soaking extract, the stronger the antibacterial activity were. The soaking extract of green tea, oolong tea, yellow tea, white tea below drinking concentration (6mg/mL) could still inhibit Staphylococcus aureus. In the 6 types of tea, the green tea showed strongest antibacterial activity and that of black tea was the weakest and yellow tea and white tea was stronger than dark tea and black tea. The above results suggested that all of 6 types of tea had antibacterial activities against pathogenic entero bacteria, which might be relevant with tea chemical content.
