人参皂苷生物转化及固体发酵工艺研究进展

Research progress in biotransformation of ginsenosides and solid state fermentation by microorganism

  • 摘要: 研究表明,人参皂苷在体外可以转化成多种稀有皂苷,它们是在生物体内发挥药理活性的关键物质。微生物转化法及固体发酵技术是工业化生产稀有人参皂苷的基础。文中针对皂苷生物转化研究概况进行综述,探讨了固体发酵工艺条件,并对目前人参皂苷生物转化研究中存在的问题及今后的主要发展方向进行了展望。 

     

    Abstract: According to the previous studies, ginseng saponin can be converted into a variety of rare ginsenoside in vitro.They played the key role of pharmacological activity in vivo substances.The microbial transformation and solid -state fermentation technology is the basis for industrial production of rare ginsenoside.In this paper, the studies on ginsenoside biotransformation research survey and ginseng solid fermentation process were explored, and the existing problems and the main development direction of ginseng biotransformation were forecasted
