高效液相色谱法测定葡萄酒中苯甲酸含量的不确定度评定

Uncertainty evaluation for determining benzoic acid in wine by high performance liquid chromatography

  • 摘要: 对高效液相色谱法测定葡萄酒中苯甲酸含量的测量不确定度进行评定。根据GB/T5009.29-2003《食品中山梨酸、苯甲酸的测定》的检测原理和方法,结合CNAS-GL06《化学分析中不确定度的评估指南》和JJF1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》规定的基本程序,考察分析了高效液相色谱法测定葡萄酒中苯甲酸含量测量不确定性的来源,利用测量获得的实验结果及其它相关资料,计算并评定测量结果的合成不确定度。结果表明:以高效液相色谱法测定葡萄酒中苯甲酸含量,其不确定度主要来源于苯甲酸标准溶液和液相色谱仪,其次为测量重复性和移取样品体积。 

     

    Abstract: The measurement uncertainty of benzoic acid in wine by high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC) was evaluated.According to the basic principle and method given in GB/T 5009.29-2003 Determination of sorbic acid and benzoic acid in foods, the components of uncertainty in the measuring process were studied and analyzed as the procedure for uncertainty assessment described in CNAS- GL06 Guidance on Evaluating the Uncertainty in Chemical Analysis and JJF 1059-1999 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement.And the combined uncertainty was calculated and evaluated using achieved results and related data. The results showed that the major factors of uncertainty in measurement were standard solution and HPLC, and the minor ones were measurement repeatability and pipetted volume of sample separately.
