Optimization of growth condition for photosynthetic bacteria PSB-B by response surface

  • 摘要: 为探究污水处理用光合细菌PSB-B的最适生长条件,本文在单因素实验的基础上,以温度、pH和盐浓度为实验因素,根据旋转中心组合设计原理,经Design-Expert软件分析数据,采用三因素五水平的响应面法进行优化。确定光合细菌PSB-B的最适生长条件为:温度28℃,pH6.80,盐浓度0.25g/100mL。在此条件下,OD值为1.446。说明响应面法优化光合细菌PSB-B的生长条件是可行的。 

     

    Abstract: The most suitable growth conditions of photosynthetic bacteria PSB-B were studied for replication.On the basis of single factor experiment, the method of response surface analysis with 3 factors and 5 levels including temperature, pH and NaCl concentration were adopted through design - expert software with central composite rotatable design analyzing data. The most suitable growth conditions of photosynthetic bacteria PSB - B were determined as following: temperature 28℃, pH value 6.80 and NaCl concentration 0.25g /100mL.Under these conditions, OD of strain PSB - B was 1.446. The results showed that the experimental value was comparable to model prediction and the method was practical.
