结合膜集成联用技术制备山核桃蒲鞣质工艺的研究

Study on application of membrane integration to extraction and purification of tannin in Carya cathayensis sarg peels

  • 摘要: 在浸泡时间、浸泡温度、液料比和颗粒目数4个单因素实验的基础上,利用响应面分析法,以山核桃蒲鞣质提取量为评价指标,对山核桃蒲鞣质提取的工艺条件进行了优化。于此基础之上,结合膜集成联用技术依次通过微滤、超滤、反渗透纯化水提液,最后进行喷雾干燥。实验结果表明,山核桃蒲鞣质的最佳提取工艺为提取时间95min、提取温度65℃、料液比1∶16、颗粒目数50目,在此条件下山核桃蒲鞣质的提取量为21.32mg/g,纯度为80.3%。 

     

    Abstract: The extraction conditions of tannin Carya cathayensis sarg peels were optimized by response surface analysis (RSA) .Extraction time, extraction temperature, liquid to material ratio and mesh size were selected as factors based on single-factor test and the optimal extraction conditions had been developed by the method of Central Composite Design.On the basis of this, integrated technology of membrane to purify leach liquor of Carya cathayensis sarg peels were employed with these methods of microfiltration, ultrafiltration and reverseosmosis, and then spray drying.The research showed that the optimized extraction technology of tannin in Carya cathayensis sarg peels were:extraction time 95min, temperature 65℃, liquid ratio 1∶16 and mesh size 50.Under these conditions, the tannin yield ratio was 21.32mg/g and the purity was 80.3%.
