二氢杨梅素-镍配合物的合成及抗菌活性的研究

Study on synthesis and antibacterial activity of dihydromyricetin-Ni complexes

  • 摘要: 以黄酮类二氢杨梅素和乙酸镍盐为原料,合成二氢杨梅素-镍配合物,通过红外光谱、紫外光谱、差热-热重分析对配合物进行表征。采用试管二倍稀释法研究配体二氢杨梅素及其镍配合物的抗菌活性。结果表明合成的产物确证为二氢杨梅素-镍配合物,配合物表现出较强的抑菌和杀菌作用,对白假丝酵母菌MIC为6.25~12.5μg/mL、MBC为6.25~25μg/mL。其抗酵母菌能力明显强于配体二氢杨梅素,但对细菌抑制效果不明显。 

     

    Abstract: Dihydromyricetin-Ni (Ⅱ) was prepared with using dihydromyricetin and Ni (CH3COO) 2 .The compex was characterized by UV spectra, IR spectra and TGA spectra.The antibacterial activity of the dihydromyricetin and the complex were compared by tube double dilution method.The results showed that the synthetic product was confirmed as dihydromyricetin-nickel complexes.The complexes showed strong bacteriostatic and bactericidal effect.The minimum antimicrobial dosage of dihydromyricetin-Ni (Ⅱ) against Candida albicans was 6.25~12.5μg/mL and the germicidal dosage was 6.25~25μg/mL.The results showed dihydromyricetin-Ni (Ⅱ) against Candida albicans was stronger than that of dihydromyricetin, but not obvious inhibitory effect on bacteria.
