高温预处理稻草秸秆条件的优化

Optimization of high temperature pretreatment conditions for straw

  • 摘要: 对稻草秸秆高温预处理条件进行优化,以提高酶解还原糖得率为目的,探讨了高温预处理时固液比、pH、温度、时间对还原糖得率的影响。通过采用单因素多水平和正交实验方法得到最优预处理条件:固液比为1∶8,pH为12,温度为190℃,时间15min。在此最优条件下,酶解后的还原糖得率为88.97%。 

     

    Abstract: Rice straw pretreatment in high temperature conditions were optimized to improve the enzymatic hydrolysis yield of reducing sugar.The effect of solid-liquid ratio, pH, temperature, time to the sugar yield were investigated .By multilevel of single factor test and orthogonal test methods, the results for the optimal pretreatment conditions were as follows:the solid-liquid ratio of 1∶8, pH12, 190℃, 15min.Under the optimal condition, the reducing sugar yield was 88.97% after enzymatic hydrolysis .
