江蓠活性多糖与藻胆蛋白的研究现状与展望

  • 摘要: 江蓠是红藻门、真红藻纲、杉藻目、江蓠科、江蓠属的统称,是一种重要的大型经济类海藻。它富含海藻多糖、维生素、蛋白质以及磷、钙、碘、铁、锌、镁等多种矿物质以及多种人体必需的微量元素和活性物质,因此具有非常重要的保健功能和营养价值,其用途非常广泛。本文综述了江蓠藻体里两种活性物质多糖和藻胆蛋白的提取工艺及生物活性的研究进展,加深研究者们对江蓠的认识和了解,以促进江蓠的进一步综合开发和利用。 

     

    Abstract: Gracilaria belonging to Rhodophyta, Florideae, Gigartinales and Gracilariaceae, is a kind of large economic seaweed.It is rich in seaweed polysaccharides, vitamin, protein and phosphorus, calcium, iodine, iron, zinc, magnesium and various minerals and many kinds of human body’s essential trace elements and active substances, therefore it has a very important health care function and nutritional value. It is widely used in many aspects.The extraction process and bioactivity of the two active substances polysaccharide and phycobiliprotein from Gracilaria were reviewed in this article, so made other researchers know more about Gracilaria and made further comprehensive development and use.
