Research progress in mechanics properties of chitosan food preservative films

  • 摘要: 文章从壳聚糖膜常见的几种改性方法出发,介绍了化学改性、共混改性和填充改性等过程中,各种主要因素对壳聚糖食品保鲜膜力学性能的影响及作用机理,综述了壳聚糖食品保鲜膜力学性能的研究进展。 

     

    Abstract: In this work , the influence of chemical modification , blending , filling and synergistic effect on the mechanical properties of chitosan food preservative films and their mechanism were introduced. The research progress of mechanics properties of the chitosan food preservative films was summarized.
