荆条蜜对果蝇生长发育和抗氧化能力的影响

  • 摘要: 在果蝇培养基中加入荆条蜜,测定果蝇的寿命、产卵量、成蝇鲜重、繁殖力、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化,探讨荆条蜜对果蝇生长发育的影响。结果表明,添加荆条蜜后果蝇的平均寿命、最高寿命极显著延长(p<0.01);产卵量增加;成蝇鲜重增加;发育周期缩短;繁殖力显著提高(p<0.05);SOD活性显著升高(p<0.05),MDA含量降低(p<0.05)。结果表明,荆条蜜能够促进果蝇的生长发育,延缓衰老,提高繁殖能力。 

     

    Abstract: Effect of growth and development of Drosophila melanogaster were carried out by adding Vitex honey into the culture media. Life -span, average oviposition number, average imago weight, fecundity, SOD activity , MDA content were tested respectively. The result indicated that average life -span and maximum life - span of Drosophila melanogaster were extremely lengthened ( p < 0 . 01 ) . Oviposition number , imago weight were increased , cyclogeny was shortened , fecundity and SOD activity were signally increased (p < 0.05) , and MDA content was lowered (p<0.05) . This research showed that Vitex honey had a promotional function on lengthening growth and development, postponing senility and increasing fecundity of Drosophila melanogaste.
