可视芯片技术及其在食品安全检测中的应用

Optical biochip technology and its application on food safety detection

  • 摘要: 相对于传统的生物芯片,可视芯片的结果观察无需特殊的设备仅用肉眼便可直接判定,该技术为快速准确地进行食品安全检测提供了一种崭新的技术平台。本文主要介绍了可视芯片的基本原理、种类及其研究进展,深入探讨了可视芯片技术在食品安全检测中的应用,包括对食源性致病微生物、转基因食品、真假植物油、食物中过敏原的检测,并对该技术在应用中存在的问题及未来的发展前景进行了阐述。 

     

    Abstract: Compared with traditional biochips, the visualized signals of optical biochip are able to be caught by unaided eyes without any specific equipment. The optical biochip technology has provided a new platform for rapid detection of food safety. It was briefly reviewed about the fundamental mechanism and varieties of optical biochip technology and its progresses. These discussions were mainly focused on the food detection, including on food borne pathogenic microorganisms, genetically modified organisms, the authenticity of vegetable oils and food allergens. In addition, the current status and perspectives of optical biochip were discussed.
