Research progress in enzyme biosensors for nitrite determination

  • 摘要: 食品和饮用水中的亚硝酸盐污染对人体健康有很大的危害,基于亚硝酸还原酶的生物传感器可以快速精确地检测亚硝酸盐的含量,日益受到研究人员关注。本文介绍了亚硝酸盐酶传感器的组成及原理,综述了亚硝酸盐酶传感器的研究发展现状。 

     

    Abstract: Nitrite in food and drinking water is very harmful to human health. By virtue of detecting nitrite content quickly and accurately, the biosensor based on nitrite reductase has received considerable attention in recent years. The structure and principle of the biosensor using nitrite reducting enzymes as biorecognition were introduced in this article, and the current state in this field had also been reviewed.
