糯米对脾虚证模型大鼠的影响

Effect of glutinous rice on rats with the spleen deficiency syndrome

  • 摘要: 通过给大鼠灌服大黄水煎液的方法制作脾虚证模型,然后比较糯米粉和糯米支链淀粉对脾虚证大鼠的一般生活状态、体质量及胃泌素含量的影响。结果发现与正常对照组相比,脾虚模型组大鼠生活状态较差,体质量、胃泌素含量明显下降(p<0.01);与脾虚模型组相比,糯米粉组和糯米支链淀粉组的大鼠生活状态明显改善,体质量增大,胃泌素含量明显升高(p<0.01),糯米支链淀粉的改善效果优于糯米粉。提示糯米粉具有改善脾虚症状的作用,这种作用与糯米中的支链淀粉有较大的相关性。 

     

    Abstract: Rats were fed by the water extract of rhubarb to make the spleen deficiency syndrome model. Then the effect of the glutinous rice flour and glutinous rice amylopectin starch on the general living conditions, body weight and gastrin content were compared. The results showed that the general living conditions were worse, and the body weight and the gastrin content were significantly decreased (p<0.01) in the spleen deficiency syndrome model group compared with the normal group. Compared with the spleen deficiency syndrome model group, the general living conditions were better, and the body weight and the gastrin content were significantly increased (p<0.01) in the glutinous rice flour group and the glutinous rice amylopectin starch group. And the effect of the glutinous rice amylopectin was better than the glutinous rice flour. The conclusion was that the glutinous rice flour had the improvement in the spleen deficiency syndrome, and the mechanism was closely related with the glutinous rice amylopectin starch.
