石榴皮多酚生物学活性的研究进展

Research progress in biological activities of pomegranate peel polyphenol

  • 摘要: 石榴皮多酚是石榴中重要的生理活性成分,具有抗氧化、抗癌、抗菌、降血脂等多种生物学功能,因而成为研究的热点。文章结合近年来有关石榴皮多酚研究成果,阐述了石榴皮多酚生物学活性及展望。 

     

    Abstract: As important active components of pomegranate, pomegranate peel polyphenols have intrigued researchers for their biological activities such as anti-oxidation, anticancer, antibiosis, cholesterol-lowering effects and so on. Combined with the research results in recent years, the biological acivities of pomegranate peel polyphenols and prospects were reviewed in this paper.
