Optimization of carotenoids extraction from Lycium barbarum skin-residues by response surface methodology

  • 摘要: 以类胡萝卜素提取量为评价指标,通过单因素和Box-Behnken实验设计优化了提取工艺。应用Box-BehnkenDesign对超声波输出功率、微波功率和颗粒度3因素进行响应面分析,确定最佳工艺参数为:超声波输出功率282W、颗粒度为80目、微波功率为275W,枸杞皮渣中类胡萝卜素的提取量为134.84mg/100g,与预测值136.98mg/100g的相对误差为1.56%。回归方程的预测值和实验值差异不显著,所以回归模型拟合情况良好,符合要求。 

     

    Abstract: Carotenoids extraction as evaluation indicator.The extraction processing was optimized trough single factor and response surface analysis.The optimal values of theoretical parameters including ultrasonic output power, particle size and microwave power were investigated by Box-Behnken surface response design method.The extraction process parameters as followed:ultrasonic output power 282W, the particle size 80 mesh, microwave power 275W, the content of carotenoids in Lycium barbarum skin slag was 134.84mg/100g, and the relative error with the theoretical value 136.98mg/100g was 1.56%.Since the difference of the experimental value and the theoretical value of regression equation was not significant, the regression model fitted well and met the requirement.
