蜂花粉总黄酮含量的品种和产地差异

Difference in variety and area in terms of general content of flavones in bee pollens

  • 摘要: 采用分光光度法对2008~2011年间采自国内23个省份的15个品种79个批次的蜂花粉中的总黄酮含量进行了测定。测定结果显示蜂花粉样品中的总黄酮含量在0.49%~3.49%之间。在15个品种中,油菜花蜂花粉总黄酮含量最高(平均达到3.15%),其次是玫瑰花蜂花粉和五味子花蜂花粉(平均达到2.20%和2.04%),总黄酮含量最低的是芝麻花蜂花粉(平均为0.52%)。统计分析表明产地和采集年份对蜂花粉总黄酮含量均有影响,但是就同一品种而言,其影响程度有限。如果不考虑品种和采集年份,总黄酮含量最高的是产自青海的蜂花粉(平均达到2.91%),其次是产自新疆的(平均达到2.55%),再其次是产自广东的(平均达到1.93%),产自黑龙江和海南的蜂花粉总黄酮含量最低(两者均为0.64%),但这种差别大多并无统计学意义。 

     

    Abstract: 79 batches of bee pollen that belonged to 15 varieties collected from 23 provinces all over the country during the year of 2008 ~ 2011 were tested for general content of flavones using optimized spectrophotometer. Results of the tests showed that the general content of flavones were in range of 0.49% ~ 3.49% . Among the 15 varieties, cole’s was the highest in terms of general content of flavones ( to be 3.15% in average) , rose’s and Schisandra’s were the second and the third high ( to be 2.20% and 2.04% , respectively, in average) , and sesame’ s was the one that was minimum in terms of general content of flavones ( to be 0.52% in average) . Statistic analysis indicated that general content of flavones differed among the provinces or /and the years in which the pollens were collected but the extent of difference was trivial within a given variety.Regardless of the variety and the year in which it was collected, the pollen reached its highest in terms of general content of flavones in Qinghai ( to be 2.91% in average) , its second and third high in Xinjiang and Guangdong ( to be 2.55% and 1.93% in average) , respectively, and its least in Heilongjiang and Hainan ( both to be 0.64% in average) .The difference was insignificant, however, from statistic point of view.
