薏苡仁油脂质体包封率测定方法研究

  • 摘要: 目的:建立适用于薏苡仁油脂质体包封率测定的方法。方法:采用透析法分离薏苡仁油,紫外分光光度法测定薏苡仁油脂质体的含量。结果:透析平衡时间16h,以乙醇为破乳剂,石油醚为溶媒,超声破壁30min,在235nm条件下测定薏苡仁油含量,薏苡仁油线性范围0~13μg/mL,R2=0.9981。分离法精密度RSD=1.81%,加样回收率98.68%,RSD=1.98%。结论:此法简单、可行,准确性好,适于薏苡仁油脂质体包封率的测定。 

     

    Abstract: Objective:To establish a method for the determination of entrapment efficiency of coix seed oil liposomes. Methods:The coix seed oil was separated with dialysis method, and determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results :The parameters of measurement process were :dialysis equilibrium time 16h , alcohol as demulsifier, petroleum ether as solvent, ultrasonic time 30min and ultraviolet detector at 235nm. Coix seed oil liposomes had a good linearity with in the range of 0 ~13μg/mL, R 2 =0.9981. The precision tests of separating method was 1.81% , the average recovery was 98.68% , RSD=1.98%. Conclusion:The method was simple feasible, and had a good accurace. It was suitable for determining the entrapment efficiency of coix seed oil liposomes.
