芦根多糖对镉中毒小鼠肝肾组织损伤的保护作用

Protective effect of cadmium poisoning mice liver and kidney damage of the phragmites polysaccharide

  • 摘要: 目的:探讨芦根多糖对镉中毒小鼠肝肾损伤的影响。方法:通过建立镉中毒小鼠模型,分别以芦根多糖高剂量组480mg/(kg·d),多糖中剂量组240mg/(kg·d),多糖低剂量组120mg/(kg·d),共连续灌胃20d。正常组和模型组小鼠正常饲喂,正常饮水。观察表征变化、称重;制作石蜡切片进行病理形态学观察;检测肝肾组织的MDA含量、GSH含量、GSH-Px活性。结果:不同浓度的芦根多糖对镉引起的小鼠肝和肾损伤均具有保护作用。芦根多糖高剂量组其对小鼠的组织损伤保护作用最有效。结论:芦根多糖对镉中毒小鼠肝肾损伤有保护作用。 

     

    Abstract: Objective:To study the influence of the phragmites polysaccharide of cadmium poisoning in mice liver and kidney damage. Methods:Through the establishment of the mouse model of cadmium poisoning, respectively, to the high dose group of phragmites polysaccharide 480mg/ (kg·d) , polysaccharide medium dose group 240mg/ (kg·d) , polysaccharides low dose group 120mg/ (kg·d) , a total of intragastric adminstration for 20d. Normal group and model group of normal mice fed normal drinking water. Observing characterization of changes in weighing, paraffin slice with pathological morphological observation, detecting liver and kidney tissue content of MDA, GSH, GSH -Px activity. Results:The phragmites polysaccharides of different concentrations had a protective effect on mouse liver and kidney injury caused by cadmium poisoning. The high dose group of phragmites polysaccharide had the most effective tissue damage in mice protective effect. Conclusion: Phragmites polysaccharide had a protective effect on cadmium poisoning in mice liver and kidney damage.
