速溶芦笋粉的食用安全性研究

  • 摘要: 目的:评价速溶芦笋粉的食用安全性。方法:以不同剂量(1.25、2.50、5.00g/kg)的速溶芦笋粉为实验材料,通过30d的大鼠喂养实验,评价其食用安全性。结果:1.25、2.50、5.00g/kg剂量的速溶芦笋粉喂养大鼠30d后,与同性别对照组比较,动物体重、食物利用率、血液学指标、生化学指标、脏器重量及脏体比,无显著性差异(p>0.05),组织病理学检查未见异常改变。结论:大鼠连续服用30d后未出现明显毒副作用,因此速溶芦笋粉食用是安全可靠的。 

     

    Abstract: Objective:To study the safety of the instant asparagus powder.Methods:The mice were fed with the different doses of instant asparagus powder (1.25, 2.50, 5.00g/kg) for 30d, and observed the indexes of the test.Results:After 30 day fed with the dose of 1.25, 2.50, 5.00g/kg, the mice weight, the food utilization rate, the regular and biochemical indexes, the viscera weight and viscera/body weight had no significant difference (p>0.05) , and the histopathology side enunciated had no pathologic variety.Conclusion:These mice fed instant asparagus powder for 30d had no obvious effect.Therefore, it was safe and reliable as food.
