功能性米酒抗疲劳作用的研究

  • 摘要: 探讨功能性米酒对小鼠的抗疲劳效应。将240只雄性昆明小鼠随机分为5组,每组48只。空白对照组给予生理盐水(50mL/kgbw),实验对照组给予市售普通米酒(50mL/kgbw),高、中、低剂量组每天分别给与剂量为100、50、25mL/kgbw的功能性米酒。30天后,测定各组小鼠体重、负重游泳时间、血尿素氮(Blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、肝糖原和血乳酸(Lactic Acid,LAC)的水平,所得结果均进行组间比较分析。结果显示:高、中剂量功能性米酒能显著延长小鼠负重游泳时间、提高肝糖原含量(p<0.01)、降低运动后血尿素氮和血清乳酸的水平(p<0.01或p<0.05),表明功能性米酒具有抗小鼠运动性疲劳的作用。 

     

    Abstract: To explore the anti-fatigue effect of functional rice wine in mice. Two hundred and forty Kunming mice were randomly divided into 5 groups with 48 mice in each group. The blank control group was treated with normal saline (50mL/kg bw) , the experiment control group was treated with the sold common rice wine (50mL/kg bw) , the high-, medium-and low-dose functional rice wine were treated with 100, 50 and 25mL/kg bw of functional rice wine daily respectively by gastric Infusion. At the end of the 30-day treatment, body weight, loaded swimming time, serum BUN, hepatic glycogen and serum LAC levels were determined. The outcomes were compared among groups. High and medium dosage of functional rice wine could significantly prolong the loaded swimming time, increase hepatic glycogen (p<0. 01) , whereas decrease the level of BUN and LAC (p<0. 01 or p<0. 05) . Functional rice wine showed an anti-fatigue effect in mice.
