L-阿拉伯糖和蔗糖复配物对便秘模型小鼠润肠通便作用的研究

Laxative effect of L-arabinose and sucrose mixture in constipation mice

  • 摘要: 目的:研究L-阿拉伯糖和蔗糖复配物(糖复配物)对便秘模型小鼠的润肠通便作用。方法:采用盐酸洛哌丁胺建立小鼠便秘模型,通过小鼠小肠推进实验和排便实验,得到小鼠小肠内容物推进率、首次排便时间、6h内排便次数和排便重量及对小鼠粪便形状的影响。结果:与便秘模型组比较,糖复配物低、中、高剂量组都能明显提高小鼠小肠内容物推进率、缩短小鼠首次排便时间、增加6h内排便次数和重量、软化小鼠粪便,其中以糖复配物Ⅰ组效果最好。结论:糖复配物对便秘模型小鼠有较好的润肠通便效果。 

     

    Abstract: Objective:To study laxative effect of L-arabinose and sucrose mixture in constipation mice. Methods:The experimental mice were given Loperamide Hydrochloride to set up the constipation mice model. Small intestinal propelling test and defecation test in mice were applied to observe the small intestinal propelling rate, the time of the first dejection, the dejection amount and weights in six hours, the stool shape. Results:In comparing with the model group, the low dose, middle dose and hight dose of L-arabinose and sucrose mixture could shorten the time of the first dejection, improve intestinal peristalsis apparently, increase dejection amount and weights in six hours, stool-softening. The effect of L-arabinose and sucrose mixture group Ⅰ was the best. Conclusion:The L-arabinose and sucrose mixture had the laxative effect in constipation mice .
