Toxicological evaluation on Lonicera bud

  • 摘要: 目的:对灰毡毛忍冬芽进行毒理学评价。方法:分别对KM小鼠和SD大鼠进行急性毒性和亚急性毒性实验来对其进行毒理学评价。结果:急性毒性实验无法计算出LD50,小鼠最大给药量为15g·kg-1·BW;亚急性毒性实验实验组大鼠的体重、血常规、生化指标和脏器系数与正常对照组无显著性差异。结论:提示灰毡毛忍冬芽无明显毒性,较为安全。 

     

    Abstract: Objective:To study the toxicological evaluation on Lonicera bud. Methods:Respectively on KM mice and SD rats with acute and subacute toxicity test for toxicological assessment on it. Results:LD50 could not be calculated of Acute toxicity test, the maximum tolerated dose of mice was 15g·kg-1·BW. There was no difference of behavioral characteristics in the acute toxicity test. There was no significant differencein weight, hematological indexes and biochemical indexes between the experimental groups and the control group in the 30-day feeding test. Conclusion:Lonicera bud did not show overt toxicity.
