产苯乳酸乳酸菌的筛选鉴定

Isolation and identification of phenyllactic acid-producing LAB

  • 摘要: 利用厌氧培养法,从猪的盲肠、小肠、大肠和粪便中筛选得到24株乳酸菌,液相色谱法测定产苯乳酸,有7株乳酸菌的苯乳酸产量在80~110mg/L之间,有4株的产量超过119mg/L,其中分离自猪粪便的菌株r16的苯乳酸产量最高,达到233.0mg/L。经16SrDNA系统发育分析,结合菌落形态、细胞形态、生化反应实验,最终确定菌株r16和m15为植物乳杆菌,而菌株m343和m462为粪肠球菌。 

     

    Abstract: By the anaerobic culture, 24 strains of lactic acid bacteria were obtained from pig’s caecum, small intestine, large intestine and feces, which could produce phenyllactic acid by HPLC. Seven strains produced 80~110mg/L phenyllactic acid (PLA) , and four strains could produce even more than 119mg/L PLA. Strain r16 from feces showed the highest PLA-producing ability (233. 0mg/L) . Based on 16S rDNA sequencing analysis, combining with its morphological, physiological, and biochemistry test, strain r16 and sain m15 were identified as Lactobacillus plantarum, and stain m343 and strain m462 as Enterococcus faecalis.
