微波提取法提取地肤子油条件研究

Extraction of Belveder Fruit oil by microwave extraction method

  • 摘要: 采用微波提取法对地肤子油进行提取,通过对提取溶剂、提取时间、微波功率、料液比、粉碎粒度进行单因素实验及正交实验确定地肤子油最佳提取条件。结果表明:各因素对提油率的影响从大到小依次为:微波时间、料液比、微波功率;地肤子油的最佳提取条件为:料液比1∶30g/mL,微波功率250W,微波时间120s,粉碎粒度80目,提取试剂为无水乙醇,该条件下的提油率为17.35%。对提取的地肤子油进行气相色谱分析,亚油酸相对含量达到46.5%。 

     

    Abstract: Belveder Fruit of different sizes was extracted to obtain oil by microwave extraction. Through the single-factor test, solvent, extraction time, the microwave power, ratio of material, grinding grain size were determined. Results showed that the effects of each factor on oil extraction rate in order were extraction time, material-to-liquid, microwave power. The optimum extraction technology for Belveder Fruit oil as follows:material-to-liquid ratio was 1∶30g/mL, the microwave power was 250W, the extraction time was 120s, the grinding grain size was 80 head, the extraction solvent was ethanol. Under this condition, the oil extraction rate was 17.35%. The extracted oil was analyzed by gas chromatography, the relative content of linoleic acid reached 46.5%.
