长裙竹荪和棘托竹荪的抑菌作用及其化学成分研究

Antimicrobial activities and chemical compositions of Dictyophora indusia fisscher and Dictyophora echinovolvata

  • 摘要: 对长裙竹荪和棘托竹荪乙酸乙酯浸膏水溶液采用滤纸片扩散法进行抑菌作用的研究,并应用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)对其化学成分进行分析。结果表明:长裙竹荪乙酸乙酯浸膏的水溶液对供试细菌表现出明显抑制作用,但对供试酵母和霉菌抑制作用不明显;棘托竹荪乙酸乙酯浸膏的水溶液对各供试菌均表现出明显抑制作用。两种竹荪水溶液均对高温高压稳定。GC-MS分析表明,长裙竹荪和棘托竹荪乙酸乙酯浸膏水溶液的主要成分是脂肪酸及其酯类、烯烃、邻苯二甲酸酯类、酚类和酮类。 

     

    Abstract: Antimicrobial activities and chemical compositions of water extracts of ethyl acetate extracts of Dictyophora indusia fisscher and Dictyophora echinovolvata were studied. The filtering paper method was applied to the antimicrobial activity test. The chemical compositions of the extracts had been researched by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) . The results showed that the extract of Dictyophora indusia fisscher had strong antimicrobial effects on bacteria but weak on yeast and mold. The extract of Dictyophora echinovolvata had strong antimicrobial activity to mold, yeast and bacteria tested. Meanwhile, the antimicrobial activities under high temperature and strong pressure were stable. GC-MS analysis indicated that the major compositions of the extracts were fatty acids, olefins, phthalates, phenols and ketones.
