蜂王浆蛋白和脂类降血脂功能的研究

The antilipemic function of royal jelly proteins and lipids

  • 摘要: 为研究蜂王浆中的蛋白和脂类的降血脂功能,建立高血脂症大鼠模型,以大鼠血清中TC、TG和HDL-C水平,动脉粥样硬化指数(AI)以及体重,肝重、脾重与体重比作为评价指标,考察蜂王浆蛋白和脂类的降血脂作用。结果表明,蜂王浆蛋白能显著降低高血脂症大鼠血清中TC、TG水平,提高血清HDL-C水平,抑制AI值的上升,减少体重、肝脏和脾脏重量的增加,且与鲜蜂王浆效果接近;但是脂类没有降血脂功能。因此,蜂王浆的降血脂功效成分主要是蜂王浆蛋白。 

     

    Abstract: Aim to research the antilipemic function of protein and lipids of royal jelly (RJ) . Its indexes were TC, TG and HDL-C in serum, atherosclerosis index (AI) as well as body weight, the ratio of liver and spleen to body of hyperlipidemia models rat. The results showed that royal jelly proteins could significantly reduce the level of TC, TG and the elevation of AI, body weight and the ratio of liver and spleen to body, and increase the level of HDL-C of hyperlipidemia rat. And there were no significant difference between the functions of RJ and RJ proteins. But lipids of RJ had no hypolipidemic function. The results showed the main component on antilipemic function was protein of RJ.
