香港食物内残余除害剂规例分析及对策研究

Analysis of Hongkong’s regulation on pesticide residues in foods and relevant countermeasures

  • 摘要: 《食物内残余除害剂规例》是香港特区政府采取的一项全新管理制度,将于两年后执行。本文对规例进行系统剖析,重点比较其除害剂限量标准与内地标准的差异,在此基础上提出对策建议,以期为供港食品的生产监管提供参考。 

     

    Abstract: Regulation on Pesticide Residues in Foods is a new measure adopted by HASKR and would enter into force two years later. In this article, the content of the regulation was detailed analyzed, and it was differences with the Mainland’s maximum residue limits for pesticides in food were identified. Based on this, the countermeasures to the regulation were suggested to support the production monitoring for foods to Hongkong.
