功能食品中番茄红素的高效液相色谱检测方法

Determination on lycopene in functional foods by the high performance liquid chromatographic method

  • 摘要: 建立了一种广泛适用于功能食品的测定番茄红素含量的高效液相色谱检测方法。样品前处理采用水油两相萃取方法;色谱条件为色谱柱InertsilODS-SP柱(5μm,4.6×250mm),流动相为乙腈:甲醇=1:1,流速为1.2mL/min,检测波长为472nm。分析结果表明,番茄红素在0.30~50.0μg/mL线性良好,相关系数R2=0.9998,加标回收率98.6%,RSD为3.0%,说明该方法准确可靠。 

     

    Abstract: The content of lycopene in functional foods was determined by the high performance liquid chromatographic method (HPLC) .The sample pre-treatment method was by use of water-oil two-phase extraction methods.Separation was achieved by the use of Inertsil ODS-SP column (5μm, 4.6×250mm) , acetonitrile:methanol (1:1) as mobile phase, a flow rate of 1.2mL/min and detector at 472nm was used.Lycopene showed good linear relationship between the range of 0.30 and 50.0μg/mL (R2=0.9998) ;and the average recovery was 98.6%with RSD=3.0%.The results showed that the method was accurate.
