毛竹渣中提取木糖的水解工艺研究

Study on hydrolysis process of the xylose extraction from bamboo residue

  • 摘要: 对从毛竹渣中提取木糖的水解工艺进行了研究,在单因素实验和正交实验的基础上,得到最佳水解条件:水解温度120℃,水解硫酸浓度1.2%,水解时间3h,水解料液比1∶6,木糖收率21.56%。 

     

    Abstract: The extraction of xylose from bamboo residue was studied. The optimum process based on the single factor and orthogonal test was as the following:the temperature was 120℃, the concentration of sulfuric acid was 1.2%, the time hydrolysis was 3h, the material-solution ratio was 1∶6, the extraction yield was 21.56%.
