食品相关产品质量安全智慧监管体系的构建思考

Research on the Construction of Quality and Safety Intelligent Supervision System of Food Contact Materials and Products

  • 摘要: 利用信息化技术构建食品相关产品的智慧监管体系是促进监管精准化,提升监管效能的重要手段之一。本文通过研究智慧社会下监管的智慧化发展,分析了我国食品相关产品目前监管模式及面临形势,提出了“大数据”食品相关产品质量安全智慧监管体系框架建议,对政府部门在新形势下做好食品相关产品质量安全监管工作提供参考和借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Building an intelligent supervision system through information technology for quality and safety of food contact materials and products is one important measure to promote the precision supervision and improve supervision efficiency. In this paper, the development of intelligent supervision in the current smart society is studied, and the current supervision modes and situation of food contact materials and products in China are analyzed. Based on this, this paper gives out the smart regulatory system framework construction suggestion for quality and safety of food contact materials and products, and provides the reference for government departments to supervise the quality and safety of food contact materials and products under new situations.
