Aperient Effect of Dendrobium nobile Lindl Extract on Constipation Model Mice

  • 摘要: 目的:探讨金钗石斛提取物对小鼠便秘的改善作用及其对肠道中乳酸杆菌多样性的影响。方法:构建复方地芬诺酯便秘小鼠模型,灌胃高(300 mg/kg)、中(100 mg/kg)、低(30 mg/kg)三个剂量的金钗石斛提取物,观察小鼠的排便功能和小肠推进率;采集小鼠粪便,提取微生物基因组DNA,采用特异性引物PCR扩增后进行扩增核糖体DNA限制性分析(ARDRA)分析乳酸杆菌多样性的变化。结果:金钗石斛提取物可显著地缩短小鼠首次排黑便时间(P<0.01),增加排出粪便颗粒数,显著地增加粪便含水量(P<0.01),高、中剂量组可显著地增加小鼠小肠推进率(P<0.05)。金钗石斛提取物增加了小鼠肠道乳酸杆菌的多样性且高剂量组小鼠肠道中乳酸杆菌均匀度更稳定。结论:金钗石斛提取物通过提高小鼠的粪便含水量,促进肠道蠕动,调节了小鼠肠道中乳酸杆菌,在本实验中表现出对小鼠便秘症状的改善作用。
